Keep in mind that while humans have been buying and selling real estate for thousands of years and so the process should be the most streamlined in existence, it isn't. 

I'm in the process of using VA streamline refinance.

If many units needed to be rented, it may make sense and the paperwork could be streamlined.

Easy to streamline and love the auto setup features to pay lenders after we set it up ONCE.

The whole tax code would be burned to the ground, replaced as a whole with refreshed code, streamlined and simplified.

Having a streamlined system can save you time and energy, so that you can focus on what matters most: closing deals.

I love it, as it was already stated in this post you can learn it all on your own, trial and error or you can have several sucessful wholesalers implement it into a streamlined course with great instruction.
