Hi Bassma,When deciding what repairs to make, you should prioritize any issues that could become safety hazards or cause further damage to the property if not addressed immediately.

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

After I pay some other expenses i have prioritized, I'll have about 60,000 or 70,000, plus i could get a renovation loan to do some light renovations of about 10,000.

Everyone maybe not be able to do this but saving is just a matter of prioritizing your spending.

The city prioritizes their massive blight reduction efforts on the areas along the main avenues people commute to work on.

The proposal calls for emergency funding for things like shelters and vouchers; policy reform to prioritize a “housing first” strategy to solving the issue; and special policies for certain groups such as veterans, LGBTQ individuals and the disabled.

My guess is that the realtor is not prioritizing the property.
