I have several investor friends from your neck of the woods, and was in Baltimore a few years ago (One of my favorite cities)...

There seems like there is frequently old schools for sale in my neck of the woods....people buy them and try to turn them into apartments or industrial complexes......I have a colleague that buys them up like crazy for some reason.....they don't get very much for them......he bought one just so he'd have a place for him and his buddies to play pick up basketball games......rents the rest out for storage or whatever..... he also rents to religious groups / cults,  that want to teach their beliefs to their kids.......he seems like he's doing fine with them?????  

Maybe we could get together next time we are in Anchorage or give me a shout if you are in my neck of the woods.

What I am afraid of is this property becoming an albatross around my neck for future opportunities.

The people who are red neck trailer trash with their kids running around like they are at a park, combined with their parents walking on the carpet with their shoes after they put them back on, and let's not forget the ones that don't mention that they have an eviction, bad credit, or eight dogs until they show up and are half way through the tour even though I had it in the top of the listing AND mentioned it twice via email, these retards usually are blue collar working at Home Depot, lol.
