Still monitoring Buffalo, NY as a potential but not enough knowledge and research to jump in....

Property owners, shop owners, shop employees, electricians, warehouse owners, warehouse managers, security companies (both guarded and monitored), carpenters and HVAC companies are just a few industries that will benefit from the increased demand. 

However, with this recent increase in the tenant portion, I will be monitoring it more closely and contact the PM if it gets out of hand.  

What are your thoughts and with construction site alarm monitoring?

I was thinking it would be nice to be able to at least monitor or maybe control the systems from my phone or computer at home.  

Folks monitoring their accounts will likely see that mention quicker and may not ever see it if you don't use that feature. 

Or have you noticed areas that are most commonly damaged that you would want make sure to monitor the condition of in the beginning?

I monitored my property on Zillow and I saw that there were a lot of views and people saved it for later but I got no information from Mr.Moody on how is may sale going on.After 2 months of being kept in the dark I had enough and I started chasing him more aggressively - emails calling to the office, leaving voice mails but I got no response from him.

Master metered buildings are as sweet as it gets for this strategy, but it works for individually metered buildings as well with either utility aggregation or separate unit level energy monitoring.
