Endless scrolling currently

Oahu, Hawaii...Perfect climate (We have the best weather on the planet" - Guy Hagi/HI weatherman), warm water, beautiful landscapes, great food, endless outdoor activities, killer surf.Yes, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. 

On another front we MAY have finally found a lender and setup that will allow us to continue to endlessly refinance properties to build the portfolio quicker.

In the low end (less than $200k) it's probably like a 1 week supply.

Yes they are supposed have endless hot water but they can only heat it so fast and a smaller unit will not keep up with a shower and the clothes or dish washer.One of the biggest problems for tankless water heaters is improper installation especially for natural gas versions.

Take a three day fast from watching the news or reading endless articles from so called experts, and just use your common sense.

I fear you are right that I may need to sell because Im in some kind of struggle to pay all bills, paying for stuff endlessly and never being able to save any significant amount before the next big expense hits, "whatever it might be!"

The possibilities are endless.
