We feel that the statements made by Passco were false at best and our trust in them has gone from being enthusiastic investors, to one that wishes the property would be sold and our investmet funds returned before this property goes into bankruptcy.  

Giving an insured lending institution false information to be relied upon in connection with banking operations is bank fraud!

You can't ignore it simply because you self manage, it creates a false NOI (net operating income).

I used to do a lot of business in these buzz areas like West End, but I got tired of all the external issues, equity skimming, scam artists, false inflation, and false prophets talking about how rich they will become by investing in these areas.

Not only is it a good way to identify goals, but I also think of it as an inexpensive way to spot weaknesses in my plan, identify false assumptions, and develop contingencies for the unexpected.
