This is the first time I have ever done something like this, so please be gentle....

Retire Early.) subreddit/movement and slowly was introduced to the RE Investing forums/BP world and was drawn to the opportunity it presents.

You have to be able to gently but firmly get them to face the reality of what they truly stand to lose, solve their immediate problem of where they will live and not make them feel like you are taking advantage of their situation.

Not so gentle reminders, I'm afraid.

Apparently it can sense movement (even through walls) and will emit an electronic barking dog sound.

I'm not trying to disagree with you because I support this ESA movement.

But -- aside from some rare instances where anger can be productive (e.g. civil rights movement, women's suffrage, etc.) -- on the internet, anger typically begets more anger.  

The only thing about this strategy that I am still trying to figure out is financing.. but I think the best movement to be fast would be a Hard Money Lender, 80/90% of LTV financed and you bring 5-15% of the rest to finance the deal.

He also hires subcontractors adding to the labor movement.
