The lamest stuff like $1,000 in a nice flower garden and some bushes/shrubbery/small trees, and mulch and bricks and stonework could alter people's opinions a LOT.

I have a few properties in the area between W 23rd & N West to W 27th & N Madison that I consider this C class area...other areas I like in what I would call "C" class are the area between Hedgeville and Union Park Gardens.

I made a list of leads, I made it for 3 different zip codes in Miami as these are the areas I want to farm in.I'm working on list for Miami Gardens, Miami lakes, North Miami, N Miami Beach, Miami Shores, El Portal. 

i'm thinking of making one with poured cement as its for outdoors in a private spot in my backyard (very simple, open, like the type near beaches and pools, but i do want a pan so i can redirect grey water down the pan's drain to the area of garden i want it to go. yea i like to take showers outdoors in the summer instead of tracking dirt/mud into the house, as am an avid gardener and it reminds me of my vacations overseas of which these days it doesn't look i'll be going on anytime soon cuz of my finances =/

from under porch -- above ground garden bed in front of that would look nice (you could replant the hostas that is growing by the sidewalk they are easy to take care of) -- also would definitely fix retaining wall that is crumbling by sidewalk and maybe add some nice sod also .

The property I'm looking at in the area is a duplex with 3-1 on the 1st story. and a 2-1 garden level unit in the basement.

There is low hanging fruit, like granny's garden window to install in her kitchen, charge her $500 for 2 hours work.There are hundreds of fix it guys, carpenters, roofers or construction types running around here, many think they can be a general contractor or go out on their own.

There is a garden apartment building, 6 unit, for sale about 1 mile from my house.

You see these places with gardens and splash pools on their advertising - and the facilities don't exist!
