Just remember to embrace the different area and beliefs.

If you didn't cut this woman off from any opportunities due to your unwillingness to be alone with her, then there's no harm done.For the future... should you meet with women alone?  

Given the address of the ground rent were part of the will how does this women show she in fact inherited these and how does she find the deed of ownership for these.

However, it's much easier to embrace that strategy when you already have money, income properties, and are operating on a timeframe of "decades" rather than years.
