I will agree it is certainly not a perfect system and more details need to be ironed out.

The cost is about the same ironically, but the environmental impact is huge.

Currently our community/county are growth oriented so it may be best to strike while the iron is hot.

If you can stay on top of those with an iron fist you can make decent money with C-stores. 

I know not everything made in China sucks and not everything made in the USA is awesome, but there have been too many issues with some aluminum and cast iron stuff from China for my taste.Now the frying/saute pans are a bigger PITA.

I found the amount of the insurance to be excessive and question the need for the insurance at all but the buyer wants it I also find it ironic the in Colorado it ie accepted that the seller pays for this insurance, I understand it can be negotiated.
