Though to be honest, I doubt most people that have a roommate to help with their housing expenses go ahead and claim that or claim the expenses associated with them.Although you are technically supposed to there's a certain amount of granularity the IRS sort of would look the other way on.

The reason I am interested is because I work nights in Gulfstream and I cannot attend to the Savannah REIA meetings nor their game nights, it would be nice to network on the weekends and share some resources and me and my wife like playing The Cash Flow Game, which to be honest I am not a board game person but this game have though us so much that it will be awesome if we have the chance to play it with others. if anyone is interested in really making this group happen please reply.

In all honesty, many of them work several good jobs, making decent money and still barely making ends meat, and I could not take a financial advice from a person who can't handle their finances properly.
