I bought rentals in Mississippi.. they were new construction.. for gozone benefits and I chose homes with concrete floors.. best thing I ever did.. of course these are also A class.. with 1400 to 1600 rents.. so no section 8... and not a ton of little kids.but I have had them 11 years now and its been wonderful.. not sure what it would take to retro fit and float concrete in your single level rentals.. but that stuff works.. and if they get stained you simply paint them

I have heard that on average, by floating the legal expenses your yield can be reduced to about 9%.If you foreclose, the property will be sold by the master commissioner to the highest bidder and you are paid from the proceeds of the sale.

I am certain someone in the mold industry will come by here and tell me that I'm wrong, mold spores can still be floating, etc, and I don't disagree that there are probably certain situations in which you wouldn't want to try this yourself.
