I'm a remote property owner; I've got property management in place.I've had some crime (break-ins etc) at this remote location recently so I'm looking to install some cameras that I can view remotely. 

Have a plumber run a camera on each building's sewer line and give you a video.

We also have a fake security camera with a red LED light mounted clearly visible from the street. 

I plan to put some kind of a server closet in the basement, as well as security cameras and smart lights where it makes sense. 

Setup some ring camera's on the outside, find a cleaner that does a great job and will keep an eye on the property for you, and a good handyman and you can do the job from anywhere!

Install a large camera.  

I would recommend getting security cameras, flood lights, and beware of dog signs for your properties which can be pretty cheap.

Never hire GC's or contractors out of desparation, put remote cameras on every jobsite & stop laying awake at night worrying if you've bit off more than you can chew.

A good team who can drive street to street and put eyes (camera and video) on the target 2.
