This neighborhood is interesting because on one side of the street you can have what people here call a "C" or "D" block directly across the street from an "A" block. 

And yes, the lender does have the discretion to decide whether to issue a 1099-C or pursue a deficiency judgment.

I started looking outside of Utah because the market is saturated with investors willing to bet on appreciation.

Property Management is generally harder to find for class C or any property collecting under $1,000 per door, but there are managers out there willing to take on class C portfolios. 

And you have to look at the area, rural, ghetto, class A or B or C or D neighborhood?

and particularly Henderson.That are OK dealing with C or above properties but also manage BI'm trying to buy something in that range right now and wanted to get some local knowledge.   

All units 2br 1ba.One roof has a leak, so it needs repair or possible replacement.The street is probably C or D class in my opinion, mostly similar quality duplexes.

I'm currently looking at a property on W Montana St in Milwaukee, not sure if this is a C or D area, anybody know this area ?
