I admire the can-do attitude, but I have seen too many people try and get emotionally so worn down that it becomes their life goal to ditch the property.

I hated being wronged by a tenant in the past, but now take the attitude that it's business, and if someone acts like a jerk, then they have the problem and have to live with themselves all of their days.
