Right now, that interior wall is an out-of-fashion color, and maybe it's a little dusty or cracked in a few places, but it's more or less all one color - you could picture somebody living in that room with the wall the way it is right now.  

Silver is more volatile but trades in similar fashion. 

I collect rent through Zelle, so it's instant, and I don't mess with old fashioned checks.

I do it the old fashioned way.

Be flexible and willing to do some things the "old fashion" way, such as talking to tenants in person or on the telephone, instead of requiring communication by texting and email.

If you sell the property to the LLC but don't tell the mortgage company then you'll never get clear title to the property for the LLC b/c there's an outstanding mortgage lien against the property in your personal name.Basically if you want to clear your name, you'll have to build credit the old fashioned way or transfer a lot of real cash or assets directly into the LLC and use that as collatoral to gain leverage with the banks.

It's not the American way to get rich easy; rather, it's entirely American to get rich with good old fashioned hard work.
