Why put up with renter’s headaches and unnecessary stress when you can profit effortlessly?

We trusted the Rex Report in the beginning until one of our staff discovered that it had multiple identical listings in a single report which ended-up costing us thousands of dollars in unnecessary postage and mail-marketing fees.

You're setting yourself up for unnecessary trouble accepting someone you believe will have issues going in.As far as length of contract, either works.

All my problems related to age were self imposed, at the time, I was lazy with paperwork and accounting, I wasn’t as strict on my tenants as I needed to be I was letting my emotions and heart guide my decisions instead of doing what is best for my business, and I was pulling money from my business account for unnecessary fun.

But shouldn't their be a legitimate business out there that where a "motivated seller" can just hook up directly with the buyer and cut out this unnecessary person who is just taking thousands of dollars for doing nothing?

Saying anything different on your business cards such as "I Wholesale Houses" is just adding unnecessary confusion in my opinion.

The wholesale function I have no issues with, it's how those in that vey small, overblown, niche operate, they begin by deceiving, and it's totally unnecessary except they lack the knowledge, basic business ethics and character to go six inches out of their way to begin ethically and learn ethical conduct.
