All my problems related to age were self imposed, at the time, I was lazy with paperwork and accounting, I wasn’t as strict on my tenants as I needed to be I was letting my emotions and heart guide my decisions instead of doing what is best for my business, and I was pulling money from my business account for unnecessary fun.

The wholesale function I have no issues with, it's how those in that vey small, overblown, niche operate, they begin by deceiving, and it's totally unnecessary except they lack the knowledge, basic business ethics and character to go six inches out of their way to begin ethically and learn ethical conduct.
