.- go to lumber yard- concrete plant, ask for recommended subs " subs who pay their bills".

Last year I bought a house in the spring and bought siding, gutters, roofing, lumber, lights, dishwasher, prolly 80% of my materials and got a rebate chexk of nearly $500.

He was set in his ways and always went to a supply house or lumber yard.

I don't know the details of the project but on my last renovation (pretty much a gut job) we recycled a bunch of old growth lumber that usually ends up being of a higher quality than anything you will find at home depot... and it's free!

Have not been able to source a supplier for fire retardant  ply wood and lumber.

Please let me have their contact info I still have that R2A property off felony flats to unload on them. 

I am always leary of doing Time and Materials with my Subcontractors because it gives no incentive for them to get it done quickly and efficiently and then you're always on edge with how many breaks they are taking, how many lumber yard trips etc, on your dime.

In the past, when I've had to replace subflooring under showers/tub for this very same reason, I've used pressure treated or marine grade lumber/plywood.  

The house has already had the wiring stripped out, garage door stolen, A/C stripped, and lots of other miscellaneous vandalism such as rocks through the windows, garbage dumped there by illegal contractors looking to unload carpeting, cement, etc.I hopped in my truck and drove out there.
