Things like fixing doors, patching holes, painting, plumbing repairs, light fixtures, flooring/trim, doorknobs, etc.

Bathrooms , minimum $ 5000 each , Paint ceiling white , grey walls white doors and trim $ 8 to 10 grand . lets say 10 doors to change , hollow core $300 a door labor and materials  Light fixtures and outlets about $1000  Kitchen $15K on the cheap side and go up from there , Remove carpet and refinish floors around $6000 .

The home was vacant and a bit overgrown, did a lot of tree trimming, but furnishing from our last home which we downsized on our primary.

Be sure whatever type you use, that they are secured into the bottom plate or subfloor, not just into trim or sheetrock, which will cause them to fall out in short order.
