I think your 16% is really awesome, though, keep up the good work, sport.

Capitalism is a rough sort of contact sport, but in the end, it gets the money out of the hands of people who can't handle it, and into the hands of people who can, more or less.

We also have a ready market for short-term stays: students who attend the university during the summer for shorter courses, conference attendees, sports camps, etc.

We've got great restaurants, sports, water views, and it's much more affordable than living in neighboring cities like DC.
