In addition to using language such as "though I am a licensed agent I'm far more interested in buying your property than listing it" in mailers, do either of you suggest using any disclaimers in your direct mail for instances where a mail piece may mistakenly go to a property listed on the MLS (i.e. - "if your property is currently listed with an agent, please disregard this notice.
