My husband and I both have doctorate degrees in the healthcare industry.

He was a country doctor from Oklahoma and just wanted enough income to pay his bills and buy a Cadillac once every 10 years.

Understanding that is really step one in attempting to break into this space.BTW, I am happy to be paid to look at the deals much like a doctor is paid to diagnose patients.  

But you can also go bankrupt fairly quickly as most of the doctors were doing, while their property managers embezzled the money coming from their multifamily properties in the 50+ multifamily deals in Dallas walked in 2009 and 2010.With multifamily, you're simply dealing with bigger numbers...and the numbers can be positive or negative!

Jeff Rabinowitz my friend said her company won't rent to anyone in the legal field, cops or doctors.

It's an orange flexible material and I've seen directions indicating thin set under it.A doctor once told me, "You can do what ever you want, it's your body."

She might get through but what a friend of mine said, who has a law degree and who is a surgeon, there is only one reason to exist with these two degrees and that's is suing doctor for malpractice!
