Those are usually people looking for a magic bullet to riches and will be disappointed.

This HELOC means a lot to me, so it is a little disappointing to get this far and hit this hurdle. 

Commercial multis will likely see some changes in Cap rates and, hence, selling prices / values.I'll go along with the idea of disappointment.

Disappointed that this discussion started to get a little personal.....no need to start attacking one another....its one thing to have a good solid discussion...its another to purposely make the other person feels stupid or their opinion worthless.....Would the tenant win this in court in CA?

People who keep their life savings in a bank account paying 0.01% interest are going to be disappointed when they retire years or decades later because the purchasing power of their money will not have kept up with inflation.But precious metals are not the only way to hedge against inflation.
