He claims a mink coat was stolen and from what I can see, a bogus claim, A co-worker of mine had a tenant with a burglary, claims dozen pairs of designer shoes worth $500/pair were stolen and she tells me it's also a bogus claim.

You can't just be a capital raiser and be compensated,  you will have to be a CO-GP and materially participate in the ongoing management of the property.

For the sponsor you should be looking at the sponsors track record, are they investing in the deal personally or are they relying on a co-gp to fund their equity portion?

Are you looking for someone to rent them or are you looking for a co-host?

I agree you need some experience first.See if there are STR'S close to you house that are on the lower end $150  a night or less and message these owners on the Airbnb app and see if they are interested in a Co-host to start with.

Airbnb has removed the cohosting feature, and I have been exploring the possibility of scaling a Co-Host company in certain markets we are in.

If they can't find a co-signer that says everything, doesn't it?
