I will start writing a book on my life up to this point and where I started and where I am going.Oh yeah I am going to get in a small mini vacation for the first time in almost 2 years before years end.

Both bedrooms had vinyl mini-blinds in the windows, which I would close at night, and the lights didn't bother me.You might drive your car through there in the early evening or night and see where the headlights shine on the house. 

And if I get displaced, I have $4,000 I can use for a mini-vacation at a nice local hotel :-)At any rate, that's how I'd approach it.

Instead there is a water down law that got passed, basically allowing people to convert garages to mini apartments, etc..

There is a mini wall and doorframe on the right side, when facing the fridge, and kitchen cabinets to the left with new granite countertops.

If the decision were mine alone, I'd swing for the fences and get a mini storage or at least a 4-plex.

This happened to me on another investment I have in a mini-storage.  

I second Kevin's mention... depending on the size, give a look at a ductless mini-split unit, provided it meets local codes.

Here's the ADA position on your mini horses....and it doesn't extend to home rentals.The miniature horse is not included in the definition of service animal, which is limited to dogs.
