Haha.I got lots calls and messages from one old woman who wanted to rent one property of us but didn't submit an application.

BUT, the bank will allow between $15k and $20k of that income towards your income to qualify for a loan, depending ho womanly years you’ve been a landlord. 

I already bend over backwards to help this woman, and she is moving out in the summer.  

As a woman I know what to buy, thank goodness the windows have cordless blinds already and there are Whirlpool and Maytag appliances.
