But, if it's earned income you'll have Social Security/FICA, both sides of it which is about 15%.However, do enough of them and the IRS will consider you a "dealer" and you'll end up paying FICA anyway.Despite the dollars involved it is often a better idea to just collect the fee.Regardless of which route you take all of your expenses involved in making the deal happen are deductible from the gross income.

My questions is reading all these dealers posting on the forum, they seem to be pretty big and strong in the industry because they have props nationwide meaning they are licensed in all 50 states.
