Travelling cross country almost monthly to check on my boys and girls in the field..

While I like the other women in our group, and have talked with them all outside the group - I get just as much growth and development from them as I do with the other friends (male) I have made from the group.But I may not be the right person to ask, I also hate baby/bridal showers, book clubs, and any other event with lots of girls unless there is an ample amount of alcohol.  

"Lock in their gains" is just a euphemism for running like a scared girl because they did not know or understand appreciation rates(100% up then 10% down). 

But I have a baby girl now and would like to not sacrifice all my time on repairs and handling properties.That was my thoughts.

I got settled, started going to the beach, made some friends, met a new girl (we’ve been dating for about a year now), and got comfortable. 

Just got back and we are having a baby girl!

I go to the Boys and Girls Club over there by LOC and to see what Turley did with the new housing in that area is pretty damn cool.

Find that guy or girl who knows how to structure files right the first time.

I have 2 kids, a 4 year girl and 2 year boy (I know I started early).

I am currently 26 years old living with my girlfriend and just recently had a beautiful baby girl who is, at the time of this writing, almost 8 months old.
