Anyone have a crystal ball?

Hey Crystal, Was looking for anyone interested in a condo deal in WPB and came across your thread.

If you are ever audited, you need to have crystal clear documentation that proves every penny that went into the LLC company was used to purchase investments.

He won the crystal ball... 3 times.  

That being said - if anyone does have a crystal ball and can shed some more insight I'd love to know!!

These are things you want to be crystal clear on because depending on how well capitalized you are it can impact you the timing of you paying your contractors for work completed.

Just a tip--  In my area, the thrift shops are loaded with Grandma's crystal for $1 a piece. 

See, my crystal ball is at the cleaners, so I don't know what you expect unless you ASK QUESTIONS.     

Because crystal balls are not standard issue in the profession, each of my CMAs has the disclaimer, "Information is reliable but not guaranteed", along with the cautionary tale of obtaining the professional opinion of licensed contractors, attorneys, CPAs, etc. because I am neither.
