In this case, you have 158 sq.ft. difference, so, for my example, that would be an adjustment downward of $5530 to $7,900 on the sales price of the comp.

If you math it out it is probably unlikely that you will be cash flowing on a property that you are using 100% leverage on from a turnkey company.

Hey @Reid Laliberte,That's a heck of a deal and I'm sure you have a good amount of equity in it now.

If you get so large that you need to invest in technology, you'll likely need to get a sub-servicer anyway to do it for you and keep you compliant.
