Dear New Haven BP members,Can any investor recommend someone who is reliable and does snow shuffling and snow removal in the drive way in winter time？

Donner Lake area is like living in a freezer in the wintertime with minimal sun.  

To restore the windows back to there former glory would be an additional 10k or more and would take a ton of time.. and you couldn't do it in the winter time with out putting the tenants in a bad situation.  

If it's not too muddy, this could be a great winter-time hobby.

Does population grow in past 10 years and how is winter time ?

They do really well in the summers obviously because not many people want to go to the beach in the wintertime..

Here in South Texas area there’s not a ton of winter time.

Too many licenses will disturb the local system, that is mainly how they think.I agree with @Mike Lambert that Spain in general is a year round option for tourists because outside of summer (which honestly sometimes becomes a bit too hot) the sun shines even in winter times with very comfortable temperatures.

I am not sure how religious outdoor smokers will be about staying outdoors in the depths of wintertime.
