Hi @Regina Story, I am having the same problem with Stessa, I have local banks that recently changed name and website and I am unable to link accounts.

However, as many will tell you on this website, know your market so you can be more critical when looking at the pro forma.

Depending on who you're targeting to rent your MTR, each website has it's benefits.

Actual foreclosure is on the East coast a Sherrifs sale and you can google the state and sherrif sales and the rules will be on the websites.. but its one of two process's either it requires a non refundable deposit if your the successful bidder or you need full cash at the sale.
