Getting weak traction on Zillow, I get contacted by prospective tenants from zillow/hotpads (they cross-post) but when i respond, they never reply back.

And I sense you are not the type that will waste anyone's time when sharing your strengths and weaknesses. 

Their personality, likes/dislikes, strengths/weaknesses, short-term/long-term goals, etc. 

Seems to me that rent level and the expenses make this a weak deal. 

So consumers could wait 2 to 4 weeks to resolve the issue whereas they can drive right to the store and return that day and get money back, go buy more stuff, or get the same item that is new and works.Retail is overbuilt in weak suburban to rural locations in cold belt states.

Starting on the siding and roofing and all the finishing touches, we can’t wait to be done and start our next house which is vacant and demo begins in 3 weeks (follow to see updates) What I’m getting at is, the flipping world is not for the weak, you will get beat down, you will fail but in the end once you finally achieve your goals and jump those hurdles you’ll be sitting in a heating house looking at your accomplishments and realize everything you’ve worked so hard for this past few months is now a reality and it’s time to enjoy it!

That is basically anything under 1 million now in price and most of the time under 2 million.For commercial anything sub 2 million is very hard to find good loan terms as the properties are generally in weak suburban to rural markets and local lenders give crappy loan terms.

A weak bleach solution will kill everything else.You should test it to make sure it's not a toxic kind.
