I requested a few days ago on several properties and am waiting on their decision.

@Jason Weidmannit's only solid if:1) you pick a market that you can go to in person and build a team first, and 2) you recognize that RE is a long-term investment, and you may have to wait 5-10 years, or longer, before seeing ANY return. 

It was a long wait but I got a lot of good upgrades.

So I'm waiting on two others at the moment.

Hi Ryan, the appreciation might be worth the wait if you can confidently handled the cash flow.  

It automatically needs to be reported to Vrbo, not after waiting 8 hours to see if they respond. 

And I've been waiting to put him on blast in BP and tell my story for a while.  

I didn’t want to be waiting days for them to get back to me about edits to the purchase agreement.

While I know BP founder started syndicating a while ago, I wonder why they wait till now to launch PP.

How would you like to be a tenant waiting on a repair because the owner wants 3 bids for everything and not only will that delay the repairs, but you'll have 3 people coming through your home everytime you make a maintenance request?
