Some seller's will be upset with your profit and some will not.Where will you office?  

To them that simply means an easy victory over the entity and a quick goldmine in fines and penalties.

In my CPA practice I got very used to clients disclosing the most intimate details of their financial life to me, and the public's attitude towards realtors is surprising and upsetting.

I don't want to upset my stomach.So in closing I say great job.. and keep up the good work its a Huge advantage to have bank funds for these deals and only paid on drawn funds etc etc.

This is upsetting a lot of people and these contractors are being confronted when home owners report them.
