Its a $50 payment minimum, so i had to expand in unwanted areas as my area didn't make the total $50.

I don't like Florida either, due to the increased  storm activity that keeps pounding the south coast.

@Meryl McElwain the target will be someone with a problem needing to sell quick for cash..examples will be death in family, job loss, or job transfer, unwanted inheritance, or out of state inheritance.

If I were your agent, it would have - and it would be hours, not days from submission.A sharp agent will tell you to pound sand, but many are not that sharp.
