It might help to explain to him that it is an unreasonable burden for you to hold the unit for a full month until he moved in without rent when there were other applicants ready to move-in and pay rent immediately. a deposit does not entitle an unlimited hold time for the unit and shouldnt have the expectation.

You could also use an association or a trust with an unlimited term as LLCs usually have a limited term to qualify under certain tax elections (to pass through to your 1040 as a partnership).

I love this. No more having to click on the 2nd and following pages. Then when clicking back, it would send me to the first page rather than the page I had just been on. Simple change, but helps usability a lot!

I figure my time is better spent learning something new, or learning more about something I'm already familiar with.Some of the real estate shows I listen to are:- Real Estate Today- The Real Estate Guys Radio Show- The Real Estate Investor Show (aka Lifestyles Unlimited)- The Norris Group Real Estate Radio ShowI also listen to the following shows, though they're primary focus is not so much on real estate:- The Clark Howard Show (a great all-around show with advice on investing, travelling, consumer news and scam alerts, etc)- The Dave Ramsey Show (primarily focuses on getting out of debt - I don't agree with some of what he says, but a lot of it does make sense)- My Power Podcast (features various motivational speakers such as Zig Ziglar, Napolean Hill, Dale Carnegie, etc)I'm sure there are lots of others out there, but these are all at the top of my list.

When the seller agent came back and asked for more time, ---unlimited time—for acceptance, my agent said to sign it, since I could keep looking anyway, and withdraw if I found something else.
