Have you done a great job demonstrating livability and sense of community via MLS public remarks and other advertising (such as a single-property website and social media; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)? 

Luckily, the property was in remarkable condition needing only the basics; paint, flooring, cleaning, etc.

When an agent is in demand and has, let's say, a dozen active clients at one time it is remarkable that people ever think scolding, yelling, and otherwise being a turkey to the agent is the way to get the best of the agent. 

It is quite remarkable how the market has bounced back actually.

It’s not a remarkable location but it is close to a highway and a turnpike, grocery store, community pool, and other other major apartments but far enough away where there’s seclusion from the other complexesHow do you suggest adding value to rationalize higher rent?

The saving grace of this home, all the natural woodwork was kept in remarkable condition AND since the home is in the flight path of the airport, 5 years ago Mitchell International came in and replaced all the windows, exterior doors, installed 2 new furnaces, 2 new central air units, basement dehumidifiers, and water heaters.
