How is this not understood?

In an attempt to simplify explaining the process, so it can be understood, I am leaving out details that I cover in other posts and in training.

If young people understood these concepts it would revolutionize rentals because a lot more units would come on the market offering way more selection (yes at a reduced price after a while but it wouldn't be much because people are lazy and stubborn and wouldn't embrace this much) and they could be financially free, really free, in just a decade. 

So from what I understood in your reply, is that their shouldn't be any issue of "interaction" between the policies as long as they don't cover the same peril?

Cashflow for me was more meant for an aid in funding the next property, but understood my 9-5 would always have to be the primary contributor.

Numbers first, most questions newer investors have would be asked with a sense of direction if the numbers are understood.

Price per door, price per unit are easily understood and ignores the common areas.

I'll still be filling it out and turning it in personally, but I don't think this is something that has been fully implemented or is fully understood by the city employees I spoke to.
