At the SFH long term rental I am referring to I have attempted to use it multiple times and multiple claims are denied or they are just irritating to work with.

They will be in toxic relationships with individuals that will destroy your units. 

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you should not rule out IRR, its just us simpletons need the cash flow to keep us in the game so we can get that good IRR.

There were gaps in the front and back doors big enough to fit a hand under, a mosquito infested back yard and other bugs also which tracked into the house under said door gaps including wasp tarantulas and scorpions... we had a professional company come out 1x per week to spray for mosquitos so our kids and dogs could enjoy the outdoors and lay granulated pesticides (non toxic).

I am trying desperately to stay on friendly terms but she is really irritating me. 

The Co thinking is that the chemicals that neutralize break the meth down into other chemicals that are also toxic.

Stachybotrys, or black mold, is a type of mold is very toxic.

If they are doing their job, then any extra steps to do checklists are onerous and irritating.

Sounds dreamy until your neighbor ruins your little slice of paradise by building a night club in a residential area, or a pig farm, toxic waste dump, blocks your view, etc. and in the absence of any government regulation, neighbors often end up settling disputes with guns or machetes there. 

Networking with local ReI is an option but be cautious as it has become common ground for sales pitch, some times irritating if you don’t want to get into early commitments.
