As to the ages and if a young couple with an infant is different than a couple with a teen....not sure of the legality there.

Tech will still be prominent  here, and it will be interesting to see how bio and medical will increase in prominence as teens who grew up during covid will gravitate towards those fields in the next several years.  

We have 2 older teen boys and looking long term we want to be able to bring them and their spouses some day.  

. -- owners are a prof. couple who send their teen to a fancy pvt. school nearby (athletic awards on the walls prove this).The place has been KEPT UP and is very stylish.

Beautiful home destroyed, they never got a job, got obese and depressed in 7 months, clogged septic and backed up the sewage into homev, a bunch of animals unexpected, they threatened to sue me and squat a few months into the summer.

Then when I was a teen with my own transportation they would pay me for labor.

I boxed for 4 years in my late teens and early 20s.

Couple years ago I was driving through a prospective neighborhood when this teen thug saw me, pantomimed drawing a gun, racking the slide and shooting me....Next!.......

I remember it happening to me when I was a teen.

I was bitten as a teen.
