My business partner has a great eye for design and is super talented. 

Also, I would love any advice anyone is willing to share regarding talented and dependable local contractors, buyers agents that work with investors, or property managers. 

Always leverage your strengths and talents in order to generate additional streams of income that will help you with your end game (which I assume is passive income through real estate investing).

You don't get to use those talents much working for someone else.

The 1st time I heard this I wasn't concerned since talented people get recruited away with better opportunities.

Every agency is different but I haven't come across a broker who isn't willing to add talent to his/her team.

I have no fear, a strategic mindset, ambitious go getter, and hungry to succeed, all in all, I like to get things done, if you feel my skill sets suits your needs, let's put our talents and strengths together and do the impossible!

When you have a partner in a bussiness one of the partners will have more interest and more talent in certain areas and more or less always handle that part.  

This was a good way to learn some rehabing talents, I really want to make next move a small flipping project.
