Admittedly, pricing will often account for any major items, and I don't believe this is true in Sandy Springs, but there are some areas that an interstate cuts off a small part of the neighborhood, and so labeling the neighborhood as "good" may be true for 90% of that neighborhood, but if you are in the 10% that is on the "wrong side" of the interstate, it can be a totally different market.

Prepaid items are comprised of property taxes and insurance and prepaid interest.Property taxes and homeowners’ insurance will depend on whether or not you have an escrow account, when you are closing, and when those items are due.

It is just a matter of whether they broke it or not.It goes the same with all issues such as guest complaining about not being able to check in before check in time, or not able to find the item when we clearly stated where they are and sent them photo proof… I call this stacking the bullets before the battle and I tell my team you guys are sending me without weapon to fight if you don’t do this for me 😂 (I handle all the claims as I do this for my job)You are in an expensive market!
