Pouring a liquid down the drain line doesn't really do much especially if the lines are clogged or blocked.. after snaking the lines try to use a product that will foam up and fill up the lines.... there's home remedies and store products that you can buy that will work.Lights flickering could be as simple as tightening the light in the socket.

Interestingly in our market when things took about a 10% of so price dip in '08'09, our rental INCOME actually went up a bit, as more people were looking for rentals as banks tightened up and some were displaced by foreclosures etc....Dan Dietz

With many lenders tightening up and me being on title for less than a year I just want to be able to justify the increase in price from what I paid for it.I don't want some hard-*** inspector who pretends to be a code inspector pointing things out that might not meet code but are still safe and scaring a potential buyer.
