I was just suggesting that rental owners encourage or require tenant's get a renter's insurance policy to help in liability issues and other events that could cause their belongings to become damaged or stolen.

I ended up having issues with him, but will touch on that later.I kept checking on the property during all of this mess to make sure no one had stolen anything or vandalized anything.  

On physical inspection all of the electrical panel had been stolen, all the wires cut out of the attic, water heater, and air conditioner as well. 

I was recently going considering a multi-family in south Phoenix, but one of the tenants recently got their dog's cage stolen, and then the following day their dog got stolen as well. 

For example Amazon.com advertises millions of items for sale that they do not own. 40% of Amazon's business is with merchandise owned or shipped by  3rd party "Wholesalers".

Evil wins, can sleep at night and enjoys the money stolen from our family and our kids.

It's one more thing to maintain and when the house is vacant, it's one more thing that might get stolen.  

I imagine those that deal in prostitution, stolen merchandise, fake merchandise and illegal gambling may also launder their money.
