We are interested in properties spanning east to west from cape may county to burlington county.

The first ones I can think of are the potential lack of equity to be able to recoup a loss in second position and the complexity of having a note that spans so many properties making it hard to pursue a foreclosure. 

For example furnace, water heater and appliances all have limited life span.

I am sure she could help, especially where you are spanning states.

That means over that 100 year span we had 50% deflation.

Investment experience spans about 20 years, though I have only done a small number of rehabs in that time.

I have done this since 99, with only one situatuion where I lost money in a vegas home that i waited too late to sell, if i would have sold it at the right time I would have cleard 100k+ in just a 3 year time span - oh well im sure alot of other people can say the same thing.  

My properties and employment can and will cover paying for the whole downpayment over that short span of time.
