if they refuse I guess they refuse.. contact listing agent and tell them you want to make an offer.you can say your representing yourself and you will have an attorney draft the purchase contractor you can go to the Staples or on line and find your own contracts and fill them out.

Hi Chris,RTO and Lease with option and Land Contract and Contract for Deeds are old fashioned midwestern and east coast staple tools.I personally know of hundreds that have been turned into 30 yr fixed mortgages.Now you could call The Republic of California "Mars", and you could call the midwest "Venus" as far as creative financing that actually is common place that actually gets funded.Just ask @Wendy Patton.

Pay down the mortgage on my own home by $50,000 to reach 80% LTV (because I only have 5% equity on a 30 year 4.5% fixed rate mortgage with $80/month mortgage insurance).and/or2. put the proceeds from the sale of the rental condo in a tax efficient index fund, like VG consumer staples index or total stock market index.Given this info., would you recommend keeping the condo & renting it out to see if the value/rent increases?

Then I can staple the flaps to the studs which creates a vapor barrier and it comes pre-sized to fit the 16” OC studs.

(One actually doesn't work.)5) The carpeting was really stuck onto the stairs with staples and glue, and I thought I could just leave them bare wood rather than cover them.
