I know you've probably heard it many times on the podcast but a train is very hard to move from a stand still but once it's moving it's not that hard to keep moving. 

Regarding premium in NJ, time will in essence "stand still" during the bankruptcy.

Americans become more fearful for their health and less focused on their finances, housing movement slows to a standstill.

As you can see I'm really really focused on my future, I'm just at a standstill in life selling cars everyday and I feel as if I'm not progressing.

Sometimes when thngs are at a standstill it can really get you down..Hang in there.

Rentals, AirBnB, flippers and wholesalers are all at a standstill until the volatility subsides but the big pockets are seizing the day.
