I have mostly heard about LTRs specifically in Indiana, Alabama, Texas, Michigan, and Ohio but I am open to hearing anyone's experience anywhere.

Are you looking in a specific city/market?

Curious...have you already identified a specific neighborhood in Findlay where you see the most potential, or are you still exploring the entire city?
