As of now, I am working in military intelligence as an enlisted Soldier.

As a Soldier I've been stationed here twice (back in 2007 and now).

A lot of soldiers go into REI when they finish up a tour or two.

I’m looking to purchase my first duplex or four plex within the next year outside of Fort Hood/Killeen TX are. Does anyone have advice for me? I’m open to any help.

Very detailed description as to how things can work out when things go rightHowever, as a former soldier and one that has flipped scores of properties in Ft Hood, I have witness the struggle of soldiers when their rental properties have gone sideways. 

Just about every solider qualifies and a lot of soldiers buy when they are not in good financial position to do so.  

Because war sucks out loud and the way our government treats our soldiers after they return from their stupid wars is even worse.My father served.  

Also, being a Soldier, I will be deployed for a bit of that 1st year.
